FEES FOR SERVICES.

Due to the nature of each specific investigation, fees may vary.  This is normal, depending on what must be done in each case.  A retainer is usually required and a contract signed before any investigation is initiated.  During the initial consultation, your case will be discussed and a strategy will be developed.  Fees and other expenses (if any) will be agreed upon at that time.  You will find our fees competitive with other agencies and our work ethics beyond reproach.

Hugh Drey is a retired Sergeant of Police with the Reading,PA Bureau of Police.  During his career he served in all aspects of police activities to include:  Supervisor  in Charge of: Bomb Disposal Unit; Tactical Response Unit; High Crime Activity Unit.  He served in the Intelligence Unit in  multiple undercover capacities involving narcotics investigations, decoy work, and special operations assignments.  Additionally, he served as a Supervisor within the Patrol Division as well as having taught Police History; Patrol Tactics and Hazardous Materials Handling, at the Reading Police Academy.  At the time of his retirement he has earned 17 Bureau Commendations and awards including the Medal of Valor, making him the most decorated officer in the 250 -year history of the Bureau.
